These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, APIs, and mobile applications provided by Nodzo ("Nodzo", "we", "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing our portal, or downloading the Nodzo Android application, you agree on behalf of your organization to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not have authority to bind your organization, you must not use our Services.
2. Permitted Business Use & Call Recording Compliance
Nodzo is designed solely for business call intelligence, quality assurance, employee coaching, and operational analytics. You and your organization are solely responsible for ensuring that all call recordings, transcriptions, and monitoring comply with applicable local, state, national, and international laws, including obtaining any required consents from call participants prior to recording.
Nodzo expressly disclaims any liability arising from your organization's failure to obtain required call recording disclosures or participant authorizations.
3. Organization Accounts & Agent Provisioning
Organizations may provision agent accounts for employees. Administrators are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and designating authorized calling users. Any activity occurring under an organization's accounts is the responsibility of that organization.
4. Audio Storage & 45-Day Retention
As part of Nodzo's data management standards, raw audio recording files uploaded to Nodzo's backend cloud storage are automatically deleted after 45 days. Transcripts and AI metadata remain until account deletion is requested.
5. AI Evaluation Disclaimer
Nodzo utilizes speech recognition and AI evaluation models to generate transcripts, call scores, and suggestions. While designed to be highly accurate, AI-generated outputs are supplementary tools to assist human managers and should not be used as the sole basis for critical disciplinary or legal actions without independent human verification.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nodzo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
