Account & Data Deletion

Nodzo provides users and organizations with a straightforward, transparent mechanism to request permanent deletion of their account and all associated personal and call records.
Ways to Request Account Deletion
1. Inside the Android App
Navigate to: Settings / Profile → Privacy & Data → Request Account Deletion.
2. Web Portal Form
Submit the public verification request form below on this page.
3. Direct Support Email
Email us at support@nodzo.ai using your registered email address.
What Happens When an Account Is Deleted?
Following verification and approval of a valid deletion request, Nodzo will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize applicable account information and associated personal data:
- Account / Profile credentials
- Associated business call metadata
- Contact & phone records
- Call transcripts
- AI summaries & analysis
- Stored audio recordings
Some information may be retained where required or permitted for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate compliance purposes.
Call Recording Audio Retention: 45 Days
Call recording audio files stored in Nodzo's backend storage are automatically deleted after 45 days, even where the associated account remains active. This does not delete the original recording from the employee's phone or another system outside Nodzo.
Organization-Managed Accounts
If your account is managed by an employer or organization, we may coordinate aspects of the deletion request with your company administrator. This does not prevent you from submitting a direct request.
Deactivation vs. Deletion
Deactivation temporarily pauses access to an account without removing associated data. If you want your information permanently erased, select Request Account Deletion.
